Post Sweet Revenge Universe - The first story, ‘A Bear to Remember,’ is the first S/H story and was published in "The Fix 22", but minor changes have been made. It's a short story, beginning prior to Sweet Revenge and ending many years later, with Starsky & Hutch an established couple. One of the author's friends asked, "what happens in between?" and that comment gave birth to the "in between" stories - in other words, how did the guys get together, buy a house, and end up still living together 20 odd years later? Those stories are: Family Matters, Transitions, Hostages to Fortune, and Passages.

A rash of kidnappings involving law enforcement officers, with victims, their partners, and others involved are killed or critically injured. When Hutch disappears, Starsky fears for the worse.  About dealing with regrets, but has a happy ending.

Lynna Bright’s “A Place” saga was left unfinished, and she invited others to write their own endings. This is Nikki’s; it picks up exactly where Lynna’s ends. (Synopsis included, you can read this without having read Lynna’s stories). Starsky makes a decision, the consequences of which affect himself, Hutch, and their wives and children. Can the former partners, now turned lovers, ride out the storm that threatens to destroy them, and finally find what they’ve been searching for?

The primary story thread is centred on a case Hutch is working on, involving the hunt for a serial killer.  Secondary threads include Starsky's future as a cop, the relationships both men have with each other, and with the women in their lives, and how all of these impact each other. 

Summary: Gunther’s bullets took away his ability to walk, but can he learn to keep on living? That’s the challenge Starsky must face. Snapshots of time over the next 20 years show how Starsky, with Hutch beside him, turns tragedy into triumph. Much was lost, but much more was gained.

Summary: Kjeld Hutchison and Dafried Starsky are the closest of friends until the unthinkable happens and Kjeld is taken away from his family to be trained as a gladiator in ancient Rome. Kjeld's life is a happy enough one but he has never truly forgotten his boyhood friend. When the now grown men meet again, it could spell death for one of them. Can they reconcile their differences and accept the growing attraction between them despite the danger?
